By subscribing to our Careline Call Centre services, we will provide your parents with a panic button that allows them to seek help at the touch of a button when they feel unwell, fall or injure themselves. Our Care Manager will be alerted to respond and help navigate the situation.

To help our clients who need assistance with wheelchair or walker. Mode of transport will be determined by service providers based on client's needs.

Accompany clients during their medical appointment including navigating the hospital, taking note of doctor's consultation and medication instructions, arrange for next follow-up medical appointment.

After medical consultation with doctor, our care staff will help to collect medication at the pharmacy according to doctor's prescription for client.
